The BNSF Railway Special, a unique passenger train that revives the romantic era of railroading, made its way into 14 cities in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana and South Dakota. We were just one of those cities! Our friends shared their tickets with us, and the experience was one of my summer's highlights.
Here we are in our seats, just like kids! We were served a beverage and a small snack. It brought back such fond memories of riding the passenger train as a little girl.
