Stitching & Stewing on Sunday VII

Tonight was the last night for the girls to be home, so we hd a little dinner party for them, their grandma and aunt, and our good family friends. The request was for TexMex, so we made Super Nachos, Mexican Rice and these Chicken Tortillas.

Chicken Tortillas
6 cups shredded chicken
2 cups sour cream
7 oz. cannned diced mild green chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onion
flour tortillas

Mix sour cream chilies, and soup to make sauce. Divide in half. Add the rest of the ingredients to half of the sauce. Spoon sauce wtih the chicken into the tortillas. Roll and place seam side down in the baking pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and green onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Because we were having so much fun, I did not spend much time working on projects this weekend, however, this is the bunny I am currently working on...
