Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. Traditionally, Labor Day is celebrated by most Americans as the symbolic end of the summer.
Best Wishes for a Happy and Safe Labor Day with your Family and Friends.

Happy Labor Day, Natalie. I hope you are feeling better.
Take care.
Nice that you are teaching her the correct meaning of some of our holidays...so many people forget.
Hope you are on the mend.

I do hope you had a relaxing Labor Day Natalie!
Hi Natalie, Hope you all have had a great day. I didn't know you had a foreign-exchange student. That is SO neat. Where is she from???
We had a nice, calm, quiet day---and having alot of rain off and on all day helped keep it calm.
Hugs,
Betsy
Thanks for sharing that with Natalie. I hope you are feeling much better.
I wish we had it as a holiday here in Hong Kong! Hope you had a good one :)
