Tuesday's Topics ~

Today's Sunrise was absolutely beautiful. It usually is here on the wide open Dakota Prairies. It is my morning reminder that God is Good and we shoud thank and praise him for all of life's blessings.

We had an envelope to prepare for the mail, so we stopped at Hubby's work after school...Line saw where her Host Dad works and got to meet the Boss and some secretaries...

While we had a light dusting of snow...it has melted. And look...because of all our rain this fall...our grass is still green! I am sad that all the plants on the deck have frozen...that includes my pots of herbs...

This week my Basic Foods class will prepare their full course Turkey Dinner. There are over 100 lbs of turkey defrosting in our refrigerators today....and if you've followed my blog for over a year...you know that I will be at school at 4:30 a.m. on Friday to make sure they are in the oven...

Oh my. 4:30am. You are a committed teacher. I really admire that. Home Ec (that's what we called it back then) was always my favorite class in high school.
