Tuesday's Tip of the Day ~ Cookies Can Be Nutritious...

...Depending upon the ingredients used....
My Fitness for Life class baked Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies today.
(Notice you can click on a printer-friendly version.)

Rolled Oats...natural wholegrain goodness.

Add in Craisins and White Chocolate Chips...

Or Raisins and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.

Tastes like Grandma's House...
They're Good and Good for You!

Take care,
~Natalie

These do look yummy, Natalie...I'm definitely going to print the recipe! I've been told to lower my bad cholesterol, and I'm sure I've read that oats are helpful in doing that...LOL.

Hope you have a fun and love-filled Christmas with your wonderful family...we have so much to be grateful for, don't we?
