I have opened my laptop several times and have searched for just the right things to say on this milestone birthday. I imagine you have accepted this very graciously, and it is I that can hardly believe that our daughter is already 30!
have shown the joy you brought to our family.
So...where did your 20's go?
This birthday week is a perfect opportunity to stop and reflect.
(And why can't I remember what happened to my 30's??!)
Your 30's are a great decade in your life. Some of your best years.
In your 30's you have your life together and people take you more seriously.
Just think about how much smarter you are now then when you were turning 20!
You've finished your post-secondary education. You've done a lot of traveling. You have work experience. You've made new friends.
You are smarter, more confident,
and still young!
Be proud of yourself and your accomplishments.
You are the most important person in your life...
this self-love will keep you happy and help you strive to fulfill your dreams.
Remember that your family loves you so...
When you were growing up, I always said,
"friends will come and go, but your sister will always be your sister."
You have amazing friends, but I feel so blessed to know that you
and your sister will always be there for each other...
long after dad and I are gone.
You are a beautiful woman, our dear Amy.
Dad and I are so happy that you have found "the one"...
We loved having you and your hubby home for the holidays.
Happy 30th Birthday, Amy...
Never let your sparkle fade.
