We’ve been home about a week now.
It was a beautiful Spring Morning when we shared
hugs, waves, and goodbyes.
If you plan to travel in the South, put Buc-ee’s on your list of places to stop.
Beavers, Bathrooms, and Brisket have made them famous.
We were not the only ones that had them on a Bucket List.
I took a Selfie with Buc-ee himself…
...while Hubby gassed up at one of the 120 fuel pumps.
There’s something for everyone in this convenience store.
You can even take the Stuffed Friendly Beaver home with you.
The Brisket Station is hoppin’ with lots of activity.
Chopping their Smoked Specialty to package in To-Go Containers…
…and assemble the Brisket Sandwiches.
No, I didn’t take photos in the Bathroom, but they do live up to their word,
“Restrooms that Make Moms Smile”
After that break to stretch our legs,
we got back in the vehicle and down the road again.
Perfect timing to have lunch in Knoxville.
We got plenty of steps in the Historic Market Square.
The Stock and Barrel drew us in for lunch.

It was warm and inviting with a rustic charming interior.
Hubby ordered the Steakhouse Burger.
That’s Beef, Cheddar, A1 Sauce, Crispy Onions, and Sautéed Mushrooms.
My Village Tomato Salad was also a winner.
Heirloom Tomatoes, Red Onion, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese,
Cucumber, Basil, all with a Balsamic Reduction.
🎶 On the Road Again 🎶
Stay tuned for my Day Two report.
Take care,
~Natalie
