It’s been nearly a week since we said Hello to March.
She came in like a gentle Lamb, however a couple days later,
Mother Nature had other ideas
and sent us a reminder that it is still Winter.
I’m taking advantage of the Soup Weather
and preparing a different recipe every week. This is Chicken Wild Rice.
And yes, I’m still using our Snowman Dishes. I’d never want to pack them away too early
to jinx our chances for getting some warm Spring-like days.
Having just a little holiday decor on our table makes me smile.
And since Easter is late this year, we can enjoy those
shamrocks a bit longer than usual.
Who else remembers that their Mother served these Andes Mints
at special Ladies Luncheons? Sweet Memories!
