This graphic, complements of Mandie of Hollyberry Corner, is a good reminder for everyone!
Since all of my time and energy was spent in my classroom, my home looks neglected. My list of things to do is growing faster than I can cross things off. Since both daughters are away at college and husband is golfing, I can really make tracks!! Best wishes for a great day.

Hi Natalie! I'll be adding you to my blogroll. Thanks for stopping by again. I bet you are busy since school started. Enjoy your weekend and hope you get some things dones. :)
Natalie, thanks for adding me to your blog list. I appreciate your comments.
I imagine it takes some time to get back into a work routine after being off all summer. I also enjoyed reading your empty nester post. It made me think of when my girls left home.
Have a nice day.
Not being a schoolteacher, and no longer having children at home, I no longer experience that separation of seasons when school resumes each fall. Our local climate stays hot pretty much through October, so this time of year is just pretty much a continuance of summer for me.
I do remember when the kids were younger, though, that anticipation of the new school year, what they'd be learning, etc. It was always an exciting time for the whole family, and a time to contemplate new projects for home as well.
Hi Natalie, Just had to let you know how much I enjoy your blog. The pics are great and you are absolutely correct...your daughters are beautiful young women.
WoW! You are back to school already....uh! I go back Monday but the kids come on Wednesday....and they come to meet us for an hour on Tuesday....uh! Get the mini vodka bottles ready!- Yes, you have permission to link my blog to your site...and I will do the same with yours. Happy Back to School 2008.
