Monday is for Monster Cookies

Monster Cookies
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. white syrup
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup mini M&Ms


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, white syrup, butter, peanut butter, and oatmeal in a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Then mix chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and M&Ms into the dough. Drop by 1/4 cup measuring cup onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool on wire racks.

Oh those look yummy! We just made some chocolate chip cookies...I cheated and bought the dough at the store, I found some organic whole wheat dough and I couldn't resist! The kids couldn't tell the difference...lol.

Those cookies look GREAT! You asked what kind of herbs that I plant. I always have sage and chives, perennials here and this year I tried arugala along with the normal flat parsley, basil, thyme, dill, and cilantro.
