Things in my House that Make me Smile

You all know that the kitchen is my most favorite room in our house.
Vintage hankies,
Tea cups,
My cookie Press,
And a daily Devotional book...
Plus... I love, love, love Vintage kitchen Utensils...
and how about that kitty that hubby brought home for me on one of his out-of-town trips?
I have a basket-full of vintage kitchen utensils.
One of my favorite dance photos...
Amy, a senior...
Emily, an eighth grader...
The only year they danced together at the studio.
It is a memory I will cherish.
Vintage Buttons,
Dried Roses...
My dad's old fishing reel...
So many keepsakes here.

All pulled together here...
on my gourmet stand.
A reminder of all that is important in life.
Faith, Family, & Friends.

Take care,
~Natalie

I love this...I love your kitchen.
You always have such lovely things...all over your home.
I just realized that your girls have the same amount of years in between them as mine do.

LOVE the old utinsils! I have a few from my mom's kitchen, a few from my husband's grandmother's adn some I bought at rummage sales and antique stores...I always wonder who used them and what they were like.

I am back to school also...I have to tell you in a separate email about my years so far...it is something I couldn't even make up!

I read your last entry about school...I guess you won't be making that gfrade since it is impossible for everyone to schooe 100%!

When we took my son to college I saw a funny bumper sticker...a take off of LEAVE NO CHILD BEHIND....it said, "LEAVE NO CHILD A DIME." I had to laugh...perhaps I will spend my children's inheritance too :)
