Monday Mania & Weekend Wrap Up

After our drive in the country, we took mom home to the Assisted Living Facility.
She said, "I enjoyed that, I can't think of the list time I have been out, except to go to the clinic."

Well, it has been a long winter now hasn't it?
If I didn't have to go to work, I could stay in for days!

Anyway,
Sunday Brunch at the Spirit Lake Casino was the highlight of our weekend.
Mom's gentleman friend, Ken, joined us for the little drive out there.
We enjoyed tender roast beef, broasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and steamed vegetables.
Oh, and a large selection of desserts.
(Very tasty, compared to the home's food.)

Is everyone refreshed for another week at work?

School Days Count Down here:
Seniors = 23 days
Juniors = 25 days
Underclassmen = 26 days
Teachers = 27 days

Finish strong!
Take care,
~Natalie

Natalie,

So glad that your mom enjoyed her visit with you. I did read about the water surrounding your old homestead. Sad to not be able to get close and maybe walk around the place. Have a nice day.

Happy Monday, Natalie...

It sounds like a nice day out you all had. It was a long winter for many of us; I don't like going out much in the snow. Now that spring is here, it's great getting out and doing things!

Have a nice week!
