What’cha Workin’ on Wednesday ~Finishing Touches in the Sewing Studio

Last week Wednesday found me on that Road Trip to visit family.
A pleasant break from my house chores and projects.

Waiting for me at home, these Thanksgiving Turkeys.
It’s one of those creations that is a collaboration between
Hubby’s Woodshop and my Sewing Studio.

As you know, the stores are full of
decorations for Halloween and Christmas…

…but for those of us that love Thanksgiving,
 these turkeys stand ready.

Our American Flag
These are finished now, ready for the Handmade Market.

It was months ago when I hand stitched them during
one of our Road Trips across the country.

Finally, the Spindle Angels have their Halo.

The one-inch Wreath has been a challenge to find.
None in our local Hobby Lobby, and
“Out of Stock”on the Website where I often get supplies.

This Candy Corn was a fun collaboration…

And an easy addition to your decor for autumn…
Even if you don’t like to eat them!

Of course, I always need to create a fresh new batch of Tins.
Layers and layers of paint and glue that need to dry between steps.
They are finally dry and off the Work Table.

The Tins, for which my Shop is named,
is a great little gift for a teacher, neighbor, or secret pal,
with some little treats tucked inside.
Maybe even a gift card to their favorite coffee shop.

So, if you’ve made it to the end of this post, here’s a little game.
One of these Angels was created with a purchased Wooden Spindle.
Four of them were hand-turned by Hubby out on his lathe.
Which one is it?

Submit your guesses in the comments.

Take care,
~Natalie
