Labor Day ~Unofficial End to Summer ~Hello College Football ~Road Trip ~The Cats ~What’s on the Worktable

Where did the Summer go?
We kicked off Labor Day Weekend with the start of College Football Season.
We watched our Bison from home.
Hubby prepared Smash Burgers on the Grill.

While Labor Day is the Unofficial End to Summer,
we all know there are three more weeks
before we welcome in the First Day of Autumn.

Hubby brightened our kitchen with fresh flowers.
Do you see a little hint of Autumn nestled in there?

It was a beautiful weekend for a little road-trip.
It is a 30 minute drive to Flinner’s in Mellette, SD.
We shared this 12” pizza and met all the locals.

Hubby took inventory.
This is what 120 trees looks like.

We both are preparing for the upcoming Maker’s Markets.
My Vintage Wool Teacher Skirts are perfect for up-cycling into
Creations for our Tins and Treasures display.

Gracie and Mazzie are living their best life.
This week’s highlight was my rescue of their favorite mouse
from under the refrigerator…for the second time.

I hope this finds all of you doing well,

and enjoying the last of the Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days of Summer.

Take care,
~Natalie
