There’s no Better Way to Spend a Day ~America’s Pastime ~How we Spent our Weekend ~A Stroll Down Memory Lane ~Priceless

These two Handsome Hubbies met in College and became best friends.
We’ve all stayed close for over four decades.
Most summers we plan a trip into the cities to cheer on the Minnesota Twins.

We got there to wait in line for the gates to open.
The Give-Away was a Jersey to the first 10,000 fans.
You can see our guys proudly wearing them in that first photo.
We were there early enough to watch the stadium fill up.

And fill up…it certainly did!
It was a beautiful evening in the ball park.
We enjoyed a slight breeze…

…While this was happening at home.

Speaking of hot,
the enthusiastic fans lit up the park with their phones for the ninth inning.

Twins Win!

Last year we were there to see Joe Mauer’s
Induction into the Twins Baseball Hall of Fame.
He’s always been a family favorite and it was pretty special to be there.

This was the year we sat in the very front row.
It felt like we were out on the field with the players.

Chatting with a Bestie always helps the ride seem shorter.

All four of us love good food and discovering new restaurants.
This was Kari’s awesome Wedge Salad.

Spending Time with Friends is Priceless.

Take care,
~Natalie
