Hot Dinner Party

Hubby and I do like to entertain. We invited 5 other couples to join us for dinner tonight. Who would have thought that it would be 94 degrees in South Dakota today. I made my favorite bean dip for appetizers, which I can share here another time. I am trying a new dessert recipe from Kraft Foods.

what you need

1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
OREO Cookies, chopped (about 1 cup)
12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches

The directions suggest a rectangle, but since I like to use my spring form pan, I made some adjustments. We'll see...

Everything was yummy, and we were able to be out on the patio!

Stay cool.
Take care,
