Carson Kressley says Sandra hit it out of the park on the evening when all eyes were on her. The embroidery on her golden gown covered up any potential trouble spots, and the showstopper was understated but elegant. "It's like a liquid," he says.
And have you seen her acceptance speech? She spoke to each of the other four women that had been nominated for best actress...so classy. When she started thanking the moms and specifically her mom...well, enough said...
Well, Sandra...I hope there are many more to come!

I couldn't agree more, Natalie. She is such a lovely person, more normal than most stars. I've seen a few of her films and always enjoy her. And she looked great in that dress last night!
Nancy
She is a lovely lady. I saw her interview with Barbara Walters before the Oscars. I haven't seen all of her movies but I find her to be very entertaining. I am anxious to see the award winning movie. Haven't seen it yet.
Love that gal...I was so HAPPY that she WON!!!! One of my favorites!
Blessings,
Linda
I love Sandra!!! I loved her speech too.
One day, we will see the movie too!
I've seen a lot of Sandra's movies. My personal favorite is 'Hope Floats' but I haven't seen 'The Blind Side'. Hopefully I'll see it soon.
I was so hoping she would win the Oscar and was tickled pink when she did. What a speech!
I love "Hope Floats"
