I’m proud to be an American where at least I know I’m free.
And I won’t forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
who gave that right to me.
And I’d gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land
God bless the U.S.A
God bless the U.S.A
Have a Wonderful and Safe Holiday,
to all my family and friends.
to all my family and friends.
Take care,
~Natalie

Love your poem Natalie, so true! Have a great fourth today. A day like today I remember my American roots. Susan :)
Happy 4th to you and yours!
Love that song by Lee Greenwood! Happy 4th of July to you too Natalie... xoxo Julie Marie
I always get goosebumps when I hear Lee Greenwood's song. Happy July 4th to you and yours!
I remember seeing Lee Greenwood live at Opryland when I was a little girl, and even back then that song gave me goosebumps. Still love it.
Hope you had a happy fourth!
