Our foreign exchange daughter, Nellie,
has returned for a visit this summer.
She lived with us during the 2012-2013 school year.
She came back to visit her friends that she made in high school...
but she also wanted to spend a little time with us.
Hubby grilled a nice steak and some potato wedges.
I added strawberries and
sliced almonds to our green salad.
Our bride has given us an assignment to try different cupcakes.
So we had these for dessert.
You all remember that last week we had to have
a new furnace and AC unit installed.
Well, here she is...
all in place.
This was a great opportunity to clean and
organize all of the shelves in the laundry room.
