Christmas with Family ~A Favorite Memory ~Holiday Program

We participated in Jack’s Preschool Holiday Program via Zoom.
Since the boys have had a cold with a lingering cough,
he stayed home out of an abundance of caution.
We were ready plenty early. The children were to wear red.
Papa even put on a dress shirt.

When the teacher announced the first song,
Jack stood up and sang along with the other children.
He knew all the words.

I was so proud, I had to blink back some tears.

Papa sang along on their second song.
(Our Zoom was on mute)

Jack then sat on the floor so he could see the children.

They sang five songs in all.

Jack pointed out his best friends…
the ones he plays with the most.

All the Parents and Grandparents watched by Zoom.
(No one attended in person)
At the end, we were all given the chance to wave
and say goodbye to our little stars.
We were lucky to give hugs and high fives right here in person.

(Jack’s Covid Test came back negative,
and was he able to return to school in time
for their Christmas Parties)

Stay well, everyone.
Enjoy the holiday season.

Take care,
~Natalie
