Dream Vacation ~The Full Story ~~Day Four, Continued: Buckingham Palace

While still in awe of Big Ben and Westminster Abbey,
we needed to keep moving, as there was so much more to see...
Buckingham Palace.

It was just a hop, skip and a jump through St James Park.

The Blue Bridge offers a spectacular view of the Palace to the west,

and the London Eye toward the east.

However, perhaps the biggest attraction on the bridge
was this mother and her babies.

We all know that I didn't actually see the queen...

but, it was fun to see the places that she frequents.

This is as close as we all could get.

Thank goodness for the zoom feature.

The  Buckingham Palace Balcony

I wish I knew how to photoshop this cute photo of the royal family
onto my photo of their famous balcony!

Amy has been here for the Queen's Jubilee in the past.
She said the horses and carriages came out from these majestic gates.

We had seen so much and
had worked up an appetite.

So, my tour guide got on trip advisor
to find a place to have lunch.

Take care,
~Natalie

Who else remembers this Nursery Rhyme?
