Spending time with Good Friends,
enjoying America’s Favorite Pastime.
“Take Me Out to the Ballgame”
These two guys became friends in college, over four decades ago.
We four have traveled on weekend trips together for years,
And often to a Minnesota Twins Baseball game.
Of course, one cannot go to a Baseball Game
without proper sustenance.
So, our first stop was the BLVD Kitchen in Minnetonka.
Kari and Alan had eaten there with family
and recommended it highly.
Those high expectations were met…
starting with the Brunch Beverages.
Hubby ordered the Prime Rib Hash.
My brunch was served on a platter…
a toasted bagel with chive cream cheese,
smoked salmon, red onions, capers,
Arugula, tomatoes, and a hard cooked egg.
Kari’s French Toast with Whipped Cream and fresh
Strawberries looked amazing, too.
No matter what Baseball Stadium you visit,
you should arrive early to enjoy all the pre-game activities.
And just soak up all that pre-game excitement.
Our seats were in Row 1.
It felt like we were on the field with the athletes
when they were warming up.
Here we are in 2022…
…and here’s a blast from the past!
Here’s another trip down Memory Lane.
We all celebrated this guy’s 21st birthday at a Twins Game, years ago.
Happy Birthday, Jake.
I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday Weekend and
enjoyed some time with family or friends.
Take care,
~Natalie
