I do like Halloween.
I especially enjoy seeing all the children
in their costumes with their parents.
I didn’t need to do much to get ready, as I
wear that Scary Neck Brace 24/7
Of course, this retired teacher has a Brooch
for every Holiday.
I wore my little Ghost pin.
Jack, at age 4,
has Halloween Experience.
He knew what to expect,
and was very excited.
His astronaut suit even has Power Packs
on his backside.
Henry, not quite two years old,
didn’t remember dressing up, all the parties,
all the special projects, and all..the..candy!
Here he is, tasting his first Reeses.
Joelle’s first Halloween.
She has no expectations, but knows
she is having fun with her favorite people.
Back to the Halloween Eve Family Party.
It started in the Parking Lot with
A Trunk or Treat Event.
Some people are just so creative!
Children, with their parents, decorated pumpkins.
They ate lots of decorated Sweet Treats.
Yes, there was a child friendly buffet with dinner type food,
such as Macaroni & Cheese and Corn Dogs.
On the Homefront,
These were our first Trick or Treaters,
The young men from next door.
The Ghost of Christmas Present represents
Generosity and Good Will.
I’d like to think that is true for the
Ghost of Halloween Present, as well.
Here’s Lizzie proudly showing off her
Fashionable Halloween Bandana.
I wanted her to pose for a photo with me…
…but she wanted no part of that.
Lizzie actually had some visitors herself.
These two came to the door in their Costumes.
Hot Dog Number One came right up to her and
they touched noses through the glass.
Her tail puffed right up.
So Hot Dog Number Two kept a little distance.
They were our last Trick or Treaters of the evening.
Lizzie wondered where all the cute kids and furry friends went?
I hope you had a Spooky Fun Night, too.
Take care,
~Natalie
