Wedding Week ~Introducing the Attendants ~~and the Couple's First Dance #hubertpartyof2

After the ceremony the bridal party hopped into this limo,
as the photographer wanted to get more photos of the group.

The guests were enjoying a little cocktail hour
with the Bride's and Groom's Signature Beverages
and some Appetizers.

Let's get this dress into a bustle!

The guests were seated.
Introductions started with Meaghan and Brad.
Each couple chose their theme song and choreographed their entrance.

Next, Jessica and Matt.

Then, our Amy and Rob.
They were all so creative and I can't wait
to see the professional photographer's photos!

And then, the Bride and Groom...

With their introduction,
they danced their first dance as a married couple.

Intoducing Mr. and Mrs. Jake Hubert.

Take care,
~Natalie

Wedding Week ~The Photo Backdrop ~~Take a Selfie #hubertpartyof2

Our family and our guests had much fun
with our photo backdrop.

Thank you Pinterest for this great idea.

We collaborated with our good friends.
Their Emily was getting married the 8th,
our Emily was getting married the 15th.

Maybe no one noticed that both of our families used the structure?

Sooo cute...love you, Claire, Zach, and Chloe.

After their wedding, we brought it home,
added another coat of chalkboard paint,

and tested the lights.

Remember, our groom was the Artist in Residence.

Matron of Honor with her sweet hubby.

Here's Mom and Dad with their first born.

Family Friends...

College roommate...

College Friends...

Then, we finally caught up to our groom.

A precious photo with our daughters.

If any of you took photos with our photo booth,
please share them with the bride and groom.

Thank you to all who spent this
special evening with our family.

Take care,
~Natalie

Wedding Week ~The Sweetheart Table ~~A Lovely Reception #hubertpartyof2

The Bride and Groom decided on using a Sweetheart Table.
There were a couple of reasons...but, most importantly,
it allowed their attendants to be seated
with their spouses and young families.

It was perfect...
they shared a loveseat.
The ivory rosette table cover was lovely,
and the bride's bouquet was just beautiful as a centerpiece.

After all, how long are the bride and groom actually sitting...
just to eat dinner and listen to the toasts.

After introductions, the groom and bride greeted their guests.
Dinner was served.
Then we heard from the Best Men, Matron of Honor,
Father of the Bride and Father of the Groom.

Late in the evening, I caught the bride there alone...
just taking a little time to gather herself.

I could not resist a moment on that loveseat
with the lovely bride.

Take care,
~Natalie

Wedding Week ~Beautiful Ceremony ~~Saturday...The Main Event #hubertpartyof2

All of a sudden, it was Saturday afternoon...
the real reason every one was here.

I appreciate all of your sweet comments this week.
I also know you are all awaiting wedding photos.
Outdoors, the heat index was 105 degrees.

Indoors...Air Conditioning.

I am so thankful that other's were taking photos during this part of the day,
as I was running around taking care of everyone's needs,
like a typical mother of the bride.

The photographer was already at the church when we arrived,
so the girls quickly got into their dresses.

The Bride's sister touched up her make-up
and her new sisters helped position her veil.

It was a beautiful ceremony...
with scriptures and a message for the bride and groom.

They exchanged vows that they wrote themselves.

And then they lit the traditional Unity Candle.
The ceremony was lovely.
I can't wait to see what the professional photographer captured.

And then we were swept away to the reception.
Stay tuned for more.

Take care,
~Natalie

Wedding Week ~The Girls Getting Pretty ~~ #hubertpartyof2

For the second time in a week, Jennifer and Bailie
cleared their appointment schedules for our family.
We toasted our bride.
Mother of the Groom treated us to a brunch of
bagels, cream cheese, lox and fresh fruit.

I took the chair first.
It is typical for the bride to go last.

Hair addictions has an ideal setting for a bridal party.
Two couches and a coffee table for refreshments.
Plus we could all be in one area to visit.

Bridesmaids were next.

The Matron of Honor is ready,

The young women wanted to do their own make-up
and they let us take over their spare vanities and large mirrors.

And, of course, our bride...
Last, but not least!

Now...Just get us to the church on time!!

Take care,
~Natalie
